• Greeto-OS pivot. Moving Greeto from custom WordPress builds to an AI-native Next.js platform with a managed agent layer. Building the template, migrating the first clients, documenting the whole thing in public.
• Reporto migration. Moving all customers from the old app (Vue + Laravel) to the new one (React + Firebase) — and running support solo, with agents helping.
• Writing. Publishing the operating reality of running two businesses with agents — on LinkedIn and here.
